Pampers Multiple Birth Offer

I love Pampers. I can get them as cheap if not cheaper than any other brand (generic included). Why? Because I combine coupons with either BabiesRUs or Target. This past run I had a coupon for $5 off each value box. An offer of a $15 gift card for the purchase of 2 value boxes. I used the $15 gift card from the last time. Plus manufacturers coupons of $3 off. Anyhow...for those of you with multiples...they will send you more coupons if you ask for them. See below. I'm sure other brands do this too...so check it out.

We welcome twins, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets, or more with a one-time gift of money-saving coupons! Simply send us copies of the hospital discharge papers. Any sensitive information, such as social security numbers, should be blacked out before sending them. Finally, mail your name and address along with the hospital discharge copies to: Pampers Multiple Birth Offer, The Procter & Gamble Company, P.O. Box 599, Cincinnati, OH 45201. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your coupons to arrive!

Teeth!

Finally I see Taylor has a tooth pushing through and a second one coming to the surface. Luke's getting his first top tooth too. Taylor's been waking up crying the last few nights... so that might explain it. Luke's been fussy with this top one. The bottom two he didn't fuss at all. Hmmm...now the brushing is gonna start. fun. lol

Consignment Baby Clothes

I'd say about 90% of Luke and Taylor's clothes are used except for Christmas gifts. Mostly consignment. I get onsies and socks new and a pair of sweatpants here and there on clearance of course...but almost everything they have is used. Come to think of it...I don't know that I have ever bought them a single piece of clothing that was not at least marked down. Luke has gone through clothes like crazy because of how big he is. I just can't imagine buying new clothes. I'm cheap. (plus we just don't have it) The funny thing is I LOVE Gap, Old Navy, Children's Place, and Gymboree...I just find those brands at consignment and get the best of both worlds. Luke needed some long sleeve tees and sweats and I also get a few items for Taylor for summer and with 12 items all name brand I paid $30. So for those of you who buy brand new and then take your clothes to consignment....THANK YOU! Keep it up...because I'm loving it and the babies are rocking your used clothes. :)

Luke is really into his tongue right now.

Taylor with her snoot look.

Taylor always wants what Luke has...and for now...she almost always wins.

They love this bucket and shapes I got them. Luke loves the bucket and Taylor loves dumping it.

And she's off...

Climbing over everything including Daddy.

Happy girl.

He's so sensitive. :)

Luke grabbing my hand cuz he wants to stand. (all the time)

Doc's Appt, NO Taylor, Crazy Girl Standing, Big Momma's Boy

Babies had their 9 month appointment today and NO SHOTS! That was nice. They got a little glucose test prick in the finger but they didn't even cry from it and Luke was fascinated with his band aid. Taylor thought about crying and really wanted her finger back but she was easily distracted. (imagine that)

Official weigh ins:

Luke
Weight: 25lbs 11oz (97%) Big Boy
Length: 28.5 (75%)
Head Cir: (50%)

Taylor
Weight: 17lbs 8oz (25%)
Length: 26.25 (10%)
Head Cir: (10%)

Doctor said they are doing great, growing at a good rate. He encouraged us to start table foods. (this should be good since they hate texture) They did do better tonight though. They had some pasta casserole, rice crispies and cheerios. Luke liked the pasta with the tomato and cheese on it even though he made a yuck face he'd open his mouth for it. Taylor spit everything out that we put in but she was trying to get cherrios in herself. Just wasn't successful yet. At least I'm seeing some interest now. Doctor also gave us a prescription for flouride drops since our district doesn't have it in the water. (I had no idea)

This is the look I get when I say NO Taylor. (hmm...are you sure Mom?)

She's standing all the time now.

Luke watching...Wow...that sissy of mine does amazing things.

We have become human jungle gyms of Taylor's

And...Over.

She loves digging through the toys.

This boy needs to walk before he gets any heavier. lol

Random Pictures

Lots of pictures end with Taylor taking off. :) She doesn't sit for long anymore.

Luke was making a loud SLUUURP noise so Taylor was watching him in awe.

So she tries...

Your sippy must be better than mine. Mine doesn't slurp.

This stinks.

Luke's getting much better st standing and he loves it.

Notice Taylor trying to pull his hands off.

Luke sits and examines while Taylor walks around banging and trying to taste everything.

The sunlight and flash were too bright in these...but I thought they were funny. Plus this interaction happens almost every day.

She loves her brother and can't keep her hands off him.

She likes to tackle him too.

He never seems too bothered by it.

He'll fight back one day.

Good Morning!

Is it morning?

Noodles...still hating any texture. I'm gonna try it in applesauce sometime. They chew them up...they just have no interest in eating them.

Taylor likes to play with noodles...they are getting better at picking small things up.
