More Laughing Babies

Try to ignore my obnoxious voice...and enjoy the laughing babies. :)

Not Me Monday

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

I did not scrub the soap line in the tub with a sponge while I was taking a bath the other night. I would never ruin my relaxing bath by thinking about the consequences of making the tub dirty. That would be ridiculous. I didn't keep that sponge in there to continue to kill two birds with one stone for future baths. lol

I haven't been sleeping with a heating pad to keep warm at night, either. lol

Taylor...Little Miss Thing

White fur vest compliments of Aunt Jody. :)

Random Old Pictures

My parent recently gave me a bunch of pictures of yours truly. I was motivated to scan them in since I saw all the posts about "Where I came from." I LOVE pictures. Old and new. This first picture below is the only one I have of Nick...that I had in my possession anyhow. I'm sure he has more stashed somewhere.

Nick when he was 2, look at that blond hair! I think Taylor has his eyes. They are the exact same color of blue too.

and lots of me....

Can you say HUGE eyes? lol

See I was chubby, for those who don't believe me.

Luke's Blues

Those blues even glow in the dark. :)

Totes and Cute Stuff

I had someone ask where I got the monogrammed totes for Luke and Taylor. They were given to us as a gift by one of my husbands clients. She sells them and if you're interested, they make some really cute stuff.

Remembering Uncle Milton

My Uncle Milton passed away this morning. He was 84 years young and was a hard working farmer. Today, I've been thinking back to my memories of him. As a kid I adored my Uncle Milkin. That's what I called him. Every Sunday night our family would gather at my grandparents house and Uncle Milkin always sat in the same spot. He always sat on the step in front of the door that led upstairs. I'm not sure exactly what he did to win me over. But I always wanted to sit on his lap. He never said much but he didn't have to. I always felt comfortable around him. The men of the family did't get much of a word in edgewise in the large scheme of things. :) I remember my Dad and him talking softly and taking it all in as my aunts all laughed to extreme loud and high pitched decibels. :) Keep my Aunt Marie and cousins in your prayers over the next few days. Thanks.
