Action Frames ~ The White Onsie

I miss summer when the babies were in onsies. I could feel their soft skin and see their rolls. I decided the other morning to shoot some action frames with them in their "under-onsies". It was cute because they forgot they had toes! They were staring at their feet and touching them. lol I think these shots will give a little picture of how active they are getting. How they are interacting with each other and how adorable it is. I crack up when people say I'm lucky to have twins because they can play together and you won't have to entertain them. Well, so far...that's true but I have to be a referee and make sure no one gets their eye poked out or gets kicked in the face. lol It's not like I can lay them on the floor or sit them on the floor and walk away. There's lots of grabbing, pinching and kicking at this point. I'll tell ya though....it's absolutely adorable when they smile at each other. Priceless. I never pose them, I don't have to......just sit them side by side and click away. By the way...did I say I LOVE my new camera....which takes instant digital shots. LOVE IT!

Taylor on her fours rocking. She gets where she wants to go.

Taylor loves her Sweet Peas!

Now that she's getting around, she's getting into the toys.

I put a barrette in her hair but I didn't keep it in long...I was thinking....choking hazard.
She didn't bother it but I didn't wanna take a chance because everything goes in her mouth.

Some days she's a serious mess. Spitting food every where.

Making his famous raspberry sounds...his favorite pass time.

Luke likes books and how the pages turn.

He likes to touch Taylor's face. (or poke her eyes out)

My Big Boy

Nick was changing Luke into his PJ's and he lifted him up and I had to take a picture. He looks HUGE. lol Luke's new thing is making fart noises and squealing as high pitched as he can. He's competing well with Taylor. He gets so excited...his eyes get huge and he gets on his tip toes and squeals. We've been trying to catch it on video...it's too funny. I don't know why I think it's adorable when they have food all over their face....but it is. :)

Sitting Up

The babies have been doing really well sitting up. Our PCR lady was here the other day and she told us Taylor needs to learn to put her hands out...at this point she has no fear of falling. She said she may need to bop her head a few times. lol She's good at bopping her head when she's rolling so this should be fun. It was kinda funny when she was here. Taylor hit Luke in the head and Luke WAY overreacted and started crying loud. He's very sensitive....he certainly loves watching his sister.....and she keeps her eye on him as well. It's funny...I notice it more when someone is here...they have to keep tabs on where the other is. Cute.

Our Maniac Mermaid. :)

Taylor LOVES splashing in the water...so much so that she wouldn't look at me for a picture...she was way to into watching her feet splash. One would think as hard as she hit her feet against things that should would hurt herself but not so far......she loves making an impact. lol

Mommy I Can Do It! (It's getting messy)

Little Miss Thing has been cracking me up. Things are getting MESSIER! Taylor decided she wanted to feed herself with the spoon. So instead of fighting her and having her pitch a fit and scream and cry, I let her try. She has a serious grip, that girl. She won't give it back! lol She was amazingly coordinated though. I thought. She grabbed the spoon and put it in her mouth. The trouble was she didn't understand that the spoon needed to go back into the bowl to get more food. She kept putting the spoon in and out of her mouth and looking at me confused as to why there was no more food. I unleashed the death grip she had on the spoon and gave her more. I love how she tries this with the messiest color of food. Orange! Please tell me how Turkey and Rice ends up being orange as baby food?!@# ewww. She's been such a stinker to keep her hands out of the bowl too. She'll snatch it in a heartbeat if you think of looking away. She's got some serious wing span too.....you think it's out of her reach but NOPE. I'll tell ya, the days of carrying multiple things with a baby are about over. They both grab anything I have in my hands. Taylor LOVES my phone and Luke loves anything brightly colored...like my plates. I need both hands to contain them from grabbing everything.

The babies started eating some meatier stage 2 foods. Turkey and Rice and Hamburger Mac with Veggies.......Man this stuff stinks. What happens to food when it's pureed to death? Can their poop get any stinkier, well YES, YES it can...just add meat. Lord have mercy. lol

The babies have been LOVING peek-a-boo! Taylor is actually pulling the blanket off herself now.....so darn cute.
