Random Picture Challenge from 4 Little Men & Girly Twins: August Picture Number 30, I had to use August 2008 instead of 2007...I didn't take digital pictures then. :)
Taylor and Luke at 3 months...I miss it being warm enough for onsies.
Oh my goodness! Are they cute or what?! Thanks for commenting. Now, I can keep up with your little Sugars! BTW, about Jilly's shoes... That was a very brief moment where they were actually ON her feet. 9 times out of 10, they fall off!
Robin, Ok baby bows 101....ha ha I am really not an expert, heck I have had 3 boys before my one and only girl! I think that is why I am so crazy when it comes to all the frills! So the trick to getting things to stay in super fine baby soft hair is to buy the tiniest rubber bands that you can find. Like the ones you would use on braces. Then spray her hair with water, and use a tiny bit of baby lotion as the "Hairspray" It doesn't make it goopy or anything, in fact it just makes is smell good. Then pull up as much hair as you want in the pony and put the rubber band around it. You can have piggy tails without bows, but I have found that if you start them with bows pretty young, they don't even really know they are there. I just make sure they are really tight, so it would take a lot of work for her to pull them out. (it doesn't hurt her) Give it a try. The end results are so, so cute! I can't wait to see them! ( I posted a while back on Hannah's hair with pictures of what I used. I think the post is called "piggies and ponies and bows-oh my!")
