Taylor and Luke were teaching each other how to write each other's names and then practicing together. Pretty cute to watch.

‎{Luke and Taylor were "reading" their real bibles (there are no pictures, just words) to each other} Luke: The Lord said, BELIEVE in JESUS and you will have ETERNAL LIFE! Taylor: And the Lord said, DO NOT be mean or angry to your friends. And the Lord said, God doesn't see how people see, God looks at THE HEART! {they went on and on and it cracked me up how enthusiastic they were}

Snippets catch up

Had a great birthday. :) Two singing 3 year olds before I even got out of bed, Nick made his first cake for me and the kids decorated it with LOTS of icing, awesome worship service at Pathway, clothes from my hubby, Chilis for lunch and dinner with my family in Gettysburg. Feeling more thankful that old. :)

Listening to Luke and Taylor pretending to be Larry and Sharon Stoner. They are milking cows together, making dinner together, telling each other how much they love each other....but also arguing about which cow is theirs to milk. haha

Luke's still Larry Stoner today. :) I was calling him Luke and Taylor said....Mom....he's Larry...so I called him Larry and he said NO MOM, I'm not just Larry, I'm Larry STONER. (not to be confused with Larry the veggie tale cucumber) haha

Luke and Taylor have been practicing their phonic sounds constantly. I'd just finished talking to them about their not so nice attitudes and Luke says, "A A A ATTITUDE....that starts with an A" lol

Luke has had his guitar, his guitar book and his guitar pick is his arms since 4 because he's ready to go visit with Philip Herndon. He keeps saying...we're gonna have to leave without Daddy cause I'm ready to go play for Philip now.

‎{bathtime} Taylor: {with her hippo toy} Why do you want to be baptized?...Do you believe in Jesus? You do! I baptize you in the name of the father (pours water over it) in the name of the son (more water) and in the name of the holy spirit. (more water) {both Luke and Taylor clap and cheer} {I can't believe she remembers watching the baptism in that amount of detail, we talked about it since but still. They proceeded to both baptize all their toys}

Taylor: {as Nick is walking in the door} Daddy! Guess what?? I had some Leproseeds!{she meant sunflower seeds, Earlier today when we were reading the bible, she kept asking me where the leprosy was...I was explaining it was what made the people sick...but apparently she was looking for seeds. :)

Me: What would you do if a friend asked you to do something that was wrong? Luke: I don't wanna go to jail. I obey my parents and I obey Jesus and God. I'm a big boy.

Cracking up watching Luke trying to "tune" his guitar. Apparently he watched others do so closely. He looks like he knows what he's doing. Bad combination today: Luke jamming on his guitar while Taylor has a fever and isn't feeling good

‎{In the bath this morning} Luke: Look Mom, we're in the mouth of a big fish! The bath is the fishes mouth see! Me: Oh are you Jonah? Luke: NOOOO I'm not Jonah. Jonah didn't obey God and go to Nineveh. He went to Tarshish and that was NOT GOOD!
