Taylor: Where are we going today, Mommy?
Me: We're not going anywhere today.
Luke: We're going somewhere Mom.
Me: Where do you think we're going?
Taylor: Umm, I think we're going to Nineveh.
Me: Oh we are? Where's Nenevah?
Taylor: Way over by Lorrie and Danny's house.
Luke: Yeah, after we go to Ninevah, we'll stop at Lorrie and Danny's.

Gotta love it. Kids were both sitting in corners for wrecking their room, pulling out their sleeping bags for a "sleepover", jumping, screaming, you name it...anything but napping and while being punished they start singing BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD at the top of their lungs. Through good and bad....blessed be the name of the lord. :)

Got the kids some Children's Place deals today and they were EXCITED. In these pics they are watching Veggie Tales so you can't tell how excited they are. :)

Luke was napping and Taylor tried on her new pink outfit and when Luke got up...

Taylor: LUKE! Look at me! LUKE! Look at my outfit {as she's twirling around} Do you see it? Mommy, Luke isn't listening to me. {pouting} {he fully wasn't awake yet from his nap} LUKE! Look at my new outfit!

Luke: Ohhhhhhhhhhh, That's pretty sissy. You look pretty.

{then I put Luke in a new outfit, he was super excited he got a new TIE and HAT!}

Last night Luke was getting his gear together to play baseball and I gave him his purple baseball hat instead of his brown one. Luke: "I can't play baseball in that Mom, I need the brown one." {which I couldn't find, causing screaming and whaling} Then I found it. Luke: "Mommy, you're silly thinking I could play in the purple hat."

Last night as I was getting the kids ready for bed. Taylor started teaching Luke ballet. She was telling him what to do and he was following her and she says, "Good Job Luke, you're working really hard!" {Wish I had video of this}

Last night the kids were playing baseball and Taylor was pitching to Luke who was batting. Taylor wasn't getting it near him and he says, "Taylor, what in the world are you doing?" then, "Mommy, can you play baseball." I then let Luke pitch and he's super accurate, I don't have to move at all and Taylor wanted to bat so I "helped" her. She then says, "Wow, Mommy, we're really good at baseball." lol

This morning Taylor was talking about the goose she saw LAST YEAR at the zoo. lol It scared her and chased her and was squalking LOUD! She says, "Mommy, I didn't like when that goose chased after me, she was LOUD! Then says, but I think she's gonna be my friend now and not make me scared of her." Luke says, "She wanted to eat you like the fish ate Jonah." Taylor: "Not anymore, now the goose is gonna be nice, Mommy, lets go back and see her."

Had a veggie tale movie "sleepover" with the kids last night in the living room. They were so cute, excited and cuddly. I'm realizing this morning especially, that I'm too old for sleeping on the floor! :)

Kids sang Glory to God at the top of their lungs in the bath, then while I was drying Taylor's hair, Luke insisted on brushing it while I dried it which I thought wasn't a good idea but Taylor insisted that he do it and he was very gentle and they both were very excited about it. His obsession with brushing/playing with hair is still going strong. :) They also both counted along with me up to thirty.
