John 3:16

Luke and Taylor memorized their first bible verse today. John 3:16. Thought I'd try it and didn't expect them to get it so quickly. :) They had quite the prayer session tonight too..Life Group..consider yourself very prayed for. :) Taylor amazes me when she brings up names of people she barely knows and it's not like she sees them the day she prays for them. These kids encourage my faith for sure

Woke up to Luke and Taylor singing (YELLING) Old McDonald had a farm..E I E I OOOOOOOOO. Arguing over which animal of course.

At one point Taylor said MOO for the goat and Luke stopped and said....
Taylor WHAT ARE YOU DOING? A goat does not go moo SILLY GOOSE..
Taylor says...OH I sorry, I sorry....a goat goes BAAA...I'm a silly goose, aren't I Luke?

Praying

Luke and Taylor went on and on praying for people and thanking God tonight. Always amazes me. Was cute too...Luke said he was thankful for Taylor Lee Bair and she got the biggest smile ever on her face. :)

Luke and I were throwing football this morning and he stops and looks at me dead serious and says, "Mommy, I need a football helmet." :)

Taylor was playing with her two horses and this is what I hear...
"Horsies! You need to settle down and be nice to each other! That was NOT nice. Hug and kiss and be nice. Awww...horsies.......that's sooooo cute. Thank you for being nice."

Luke: Jesus and God did! Taylor: No, Mary did!
(She has found saying this really irritates Luke)

Luke: No! Mary had a little lamb sissy. Jesus and God made the moon!

Taylor: (reading the bible) Mommy, Look! Eve is being nice and sharing an apple with Adam! Eve's nice. :)

(Taylor's been reading the bible a lot and it's adorable...she knows characters and pretends to read and says, Jesus is Born!)

Luke: His name is bacon!
Me: Bacon?
Luke: Nooooo, cheeseburger. (big cheese)

Taylor: (noticing Daddy's hands when he got home from work) EWW Daddy, GROSS! That's DISGUSTING!!! (sour look on her face)...she kept saying it's disgusting. lol Then Luke said he was "Stinky". lol

Last night, putting kids to bed. Told them each I love them and they both said it back to me and then as I'm walking out Luke says, "I love you Tay-yer Yee Bair!" I asked Taylor if she was going to tell Luke she loved him and she said, "No". :(

Then today at nap after our I love you's Taylor said, "I love you Luke Mikey Bair". and Luke grinned a HUGE smile and said, "I love you Sissy Tay-yer Yee Bair!"

Taylor told Luke he was handsome today and she told me I was pretty. :)
