Luke: I do NOT wanna go to the doctor. {takes his shoes off and puts them back}
Me: You HAVE to go to the doctor. {puts his shoes back on}
Luke: My ear doesn't hurt anymore.
Me: We still have to go.
{Luke was clinging on to me in the waiting room, refused to get weighed, started flipping out when I tried getting his clothes off, screaming, kicking, about ripping his shirt trying to keep it on, I don't want my clothes off!!!!!!!!!!...then the new doctor comes in, looks at his ears, listens to his chest, things look and sound good so he thinks he's just having sinus pressure/headache, doctor leaves}
Luke: That wasn't doctor Zelis.
Me: Nope. He isn't here.
Luke: Who's that guy? What's his name? What's his middle name?
Me: So that wasn't so bad was it?
Luke: No, cuz he didn't put that thing in my mouth. {pointing to tongue depressors}
Me: He didn't have to this time. Is that why you were flipping out?
Luke: I DON'T LIKE WHEN THEY DO THAT! Can I get a sticker and special treat now? {ALL SMILES, skipping out of the exam room}

{Luke and Taylor were watching one of their "Jesus" movies and Jesus said John 3:16.}
Luke: {runs to me and starts jumping up and down} MOMMY, MOMMY, JESUS KNOWS MY VERSE!!!
Me: I KNOW! Jesus made the verse.
Luke: He made the verse like the moon and stars and the wood for the stairs?!?!
Me: Yup, Jesus made the verse. :)
Luke: Taylor, did you hear Jesus say the verse? Jesus made the verse!
Taylor: I did! Jesus and God made EVERYTHING!

Luke: We saw dolphins at the zoo, didn't we?
Me: Yeah, we did.
Taylor: We didn't see dolphins at the zoo, we saw dolphins at the aquarium, Mommy. You're silly.
Luke: Yeah, you're silly Mommy.
Me: Oh, I see, you tricked me.
Taylor: Luke tricked you like Jacob tricked Esau. Jacob tricked Esau into drinking the soup, didn't he?

Nap time:
Taylor: {yelling from the top of the steps, after I thought she was asleep because it was quiet} MOMMY, COME HERE, LOOK AT ME! {I go up stairs}
Me: Aren't you supposed to be in your bed?
Taylor: Look, Mommy I put my tights on. I'm doing Ballet.
{she rooted through her dresser, found her tights, tutu, ballet shoes and got them all on herself, she also pulled out some extra pillows and had them piled on top of Luke. How she did all this without my hearing anything, I don't know.}

{Luke got up before Taylor since Taylor was busy doing ballet and I had to vacuum and he wanted to help. YES he "helped" me vacuum by holding it with me. Then my cord was getting tangled so I told him to let go for a minute, as I was untangling it, it came unplugged.}

Luke: UT OH MOMMY, you broke it. It broke cause I wasn't helping you. :)

Taylor: Mommy, I wanna die on the cross like Jesus.
Me: You do?
Luke: I don't. I don't wanna die on the cross. Jesus didn't wanna die on the cross either.
Me: Jesus didn't wanna die on the cross but I'm thankful he obeyed God and did so that we don't have to.
Taylor: Thank you Jesus for dying on the cross!
Luke: Yeah, cause I don't wanna die on the cross.

Taylor: Daddy's driving like a maniac.

What was your favorite thing at the Aquarium?
Luke: Sharks, Dolphins, Sting Rays, Jelly Fish...
Taylor: I liked the girl jumping in the water and doing Ballet with the dolphin and I liked the big purple grumpy fish. :)

During bath time, Taylor was pretending to be Rebecca and she was filling her cup with water to give to Luke and his camels. lol :) She kept saying, "Oh my goodness, you're camels drink A LOT!"
