Robin, The bath seats that the twins are sitting in are awesome. I have had one for all of my kids, and knew I needed to have two of them when I got the twins. I think you can buy them at any baby store, but I know for sure that they have them at K-mart, and I think Walmart too. They are a strong plasic ring that suctions to the bottom of the bathtub. it is great for the twins because they can't try to stand up or crawl around the tub. I think they are only like $10. Let me know if you can't find them anywhere. I have some better pictures of them, if you click on the twins category and go to the post marked "double the pleasure, double the fun" there is a really good picture of them when they were a lot smaller.
